You guys should check out Acid Planet's new look. Also, this week's 8 Pack (not up yet) is another one I put together. It's got some good guitar & bass loops from recent libraries. Be sure to check it out.

Jess,

Tried downloading "Tradition" (new 8 Pack) and the executable is bizarre once downloaded. Double click to unpack and it sorta of flashes a quick DOS window and then nothing. No unpacking or anything. Anyone else have problems?

I downloaded three times to be sure. None of them worked.

Yeah, it's corrupt or missing a file for initialization.
Oh well.......can't wait to hear it though.

I just downloaded the 8 Pack and double-clicked on the project file...opened just fine.

Hope it works for others. It's a good track.

Yep, it worked this time.
Cool stuff!

I'm looking fwd to mixing up loops from diff. genres.
I went a little crazy over at the LFA site a few weeks ago.....ended up with 20 libraries.....each one is "my favorite", though I've taken a personal interest in the Bill Laswell collection for now.
I hope they keep mixing things up......like more of this song construction/chord progression stuff and maybe more 24 bit stuff once in awhile.
