Subject:Cubase VST 5.1 and ACID 4.0 togehter

Hi,
I'd like to be able to synchronize Cubase VST 5 and Acid 4 so that
-I use Cubase as a master and manage the most of my audio and all midi in Cubase
-I manage certain audio stuff, loop handling etc in Acid

...more-or-less use Acid 4 as a VSTi plugin...

Can it be done? How?
