Subject:sound forge power

I live in Uzbekistan and by accident
am crazy about S.Forge(my friend-breakdancer came to me and said he needs somespecifically arranged music in order to fit his dance ,they were a huge succes)

My income which is considered to be great is less than $25 a weak

So ,can somebody give me sound forge power -I can only afford it if don't eat and drink for 4 months
