hi SF peepz, pleaaaase, could you make an effort on the quality of these 2 functions! they are often unusable due to this metalic or flanging effect that occurs! this problem exists for ages in sound forge and vegas, please do something!! the only way to perform quality time stretch & pitch shift is to use other apps like prosoniq time factory, it's a shame to have softs of the quality of yours and to have to use another apps for that kind of essential function!! please, guys, do something for it!!!! thanx, grig note: I've posted this topic in the vegas audio forum too, where the same problem occurs! |

One has to remember this is digital audio we're talking about here. If one especially slows down a file that was originally fast, one is bound to come across artifacts of some sort (especially if there's reverb or some other type of decay). The only way is to experiment. Iacobus |
