I am running SF 5.0f and SF Batch converter5.0b build 156. When I select Windows Media Audio V8 I get the error "The chosen file format plugin could not be loaded and will be removed from the list. The format may not be allowed to be used in the Batch Converter or the plug in should be reinstalled." I have installed the patch wmfdist2.exe , uninstalled windows media encoder and SF batch converter, reinstalled indifferent orders and restarted each time and still get the same error. I installed it onto another machine also running Windows XP SP1 and same error. For the heck of it I installed it onto my laptop which is also Windows XP SP1 and it does not give the error. Any ideas??? |

I do have Windows Medis 9 installed on all machines, if this matters, but the one that is working also has 9.0 |

What other SF apps are installed on the failing machines? Also, what is the build and/or version of the problem file plug-in? J. |
