Subject:No Audio within Video File

I have some Videos in MPEG and AVI Format which I like to convert to WMV using the Sonic Batch Converter Ver 5.0b (build 156). Anybody has a idea how to do this, because the converter comes always back with the error message "File has no Audio".
How can I convert files which do not include any audio stream?
