Cut last 15 secs from songs in Batch Converter -Sound Forge - PC

I am using Sound Forge 4.5 and I need to create a particular script for the Batch Converter. I need to cut the last 15 seconds from each song in the Converter list, add it to the beginning of two other songs (not in the Converter list), create a marker where the songs are joined, and then save the results as two separate files. I have used the Batch Converter before (normalizing and trimming the silence from the beginning and end of songs) but I do not know how to accomplish this particular task.
