Good day all,

I have a client that uses SoundForge 6.0. According to him, "The event occurs while zooming in or out of an audio file." and it is replicable. He's upgraded all drivers, even formatted his hard drive and started from scratch. He flashed his bios and checked IRQ conflicts to no avail.

Here is his system info:

Here is my system information:

-- Windows 98SE
-- SoundForge 6.0
-- AMD Athlon XP +1900 (1.67Ghz)
-- Abit KG7 Raid Motherboard (no second drive)
-- 512Meg of PC2100 RAM
-- Nvidia GeForce2 MX 100/200 (32Meg of RAM)
-- 80Gig Hard Drive (partitioned x3)
-- Echo Mia Sound Card

My IRQ Settings:

0 System timer

4 Communications Port (COM1)
5 NVIDIA GeForce2 MX 100/200

13 Numeric data processor
14 Primary IDE controller (dual fifo)
14 VIA Bus Master PCI IDE Controller

Anyone got ideas?

Thanks
