Subject:Monitoring digital input ?

My SPDIF in is an AdB Multiwave, which doesn't offer an audio output.

So I need to use heaphones on my DAT when recording digitally into SF to hear where I am (the input monitor works on the meter, but no audible sound). Is there any setting in SF that can enable audio monitoring of the digital input ?
