Subject:Extrave regions produces non-recognized file in CEP2.0

I have to use both programs because I cannot open append. I am trying to extract about 180 regions from this 8 hr mp3 and I have to put it in ONE mp3. The only way that I could do it is make the regions, extract them, then open append each one. I can not find where SF6 allows you to open several wavs and make one file. Am aI going about this the wrong way? Anyway Cooledit Pro 2.0 says that the resulting .wav is Raw PCM or unsupported format. I can import it a raw pcm and it sounds fine, but the import dialog appears on each wav, not too nice for 180 wavs. Thank you for your suggestions.

Probably an easier thing to do instead of exporting separate regions is to delete the sections you don't want, then save what remains to a new file. This assumes you want them in the same order, although you can cut and paste to rearrange if necessary.

If you want to append in SoundForge, open up the first file, then open the second file in a new window, copy it, close the second window, position the cursor on the end of the first file, and paste. Repeat as necessary.
