I have several .wav files I want to append to make one longer file. I can't see a way to do this in the manual or help file, but I can't believe there's no way to do it. I can do it by opening the third file and copying to clipboard, opening the second file and pasting the third file to end, copying all that to clipboard and opening first file and pasting clipboard to end, but that seems pretty kludgy. Thanks, all. |

Try this: Take one file and open it. Open another file. Arrange the windows however you see fit so that you can see both. Select all the data on one file by using CTRL+A on your keyboard. Take your mouse and drag this data over to the other window, specifically to the end of the data in this window. While holding down your primary mouse button, click the secondary button. The cursor should have a "P" underneath it. (If it doesn't, just keep clicking the secondary button until you does.) At that point, just release your primary mouse button. The data is instantly pasted. Keep repeating this process as desired. HTH, Iacobus |
