I know this is possible, because it's done all the time, and I've done it before. I can't get results even if I move the quality slider from fastest to highest. I wanted to delete the OTR template that I made, but maybe this won't even help because I used the untitled template and put the OTR settings I wanted in and save back to OTR template. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot. Matthew
