Subject:Batch Converter "The Item Was Not Found"

Batch Converter 5.0b build 156 getting error "The Item Was Not Found".
However, I can open the files in SoundForge. These are 24 bit .wav files.
This setup was previously working for quite some time. Help

FYI the problem was not enough drive space. After deleting some old files the problem went away.
