Subject:Sound Forge 4.5 XP not responding

384 sdram
Elsa Erazor 32mb Graphics card
Creative SB PCI512

SoundForge 4.5 XP will not respond after start up. Will drop to desktop after a few seconds without any notice, or instances. Please help me, I do not know how to fix it. Thank you
