re: ulead movie factory problems please help

hi gang
i am temporarily screwed
i have to burn a dvd by tomorrow and movie factory is killing me
here's my problem:
i converted my avi file to mpeg2 in vegas like i always do and saved it on my desktop
i open movie factory and open dvd files
movie factory doesn't recognize my meg file
the nerve!!!
it looks for dwz files
maybe i need to change that ---but how?
any help or ideas is greatly appreciated

Might have something to do with your installation of the VV4 beta.

Sounds like it might be looking for a saved ulead project file. Did you try to import you mpeg2 rather then open it?

i am using the cheapest version---i'm not sure what it is called
i clicked the open file, not the saved version file
what i am going to do is just print to tape on a dv tape and take it to a friend's house to burn.
i am taking the ez way out
