Subject:Error whilst saving files as WMA?

I can encode wma in other programs, and have reinstalled wma codecs.
Yet every time I edit a wma file in Sound Forge 6.0d I get:
"An error occured whilst saving one or more files. Error 0xc00d0bc2 (message missing)"
Any ideas?
I chose Sound Forge for its ability to edit wma. If its a permanent bug, I may as well go back to wavelab and mp3.
