Hello I,m new to Sound F6.0 and really loved the 5.0...but i cant find my 3rd party direct x plug ins the only plug that show is the SF 6.0 plus but none of my waves show....How do I correct this!!!!!!!!!

Is there a way to place the Direct X plugin drop down menu in the tool bar as if it was in SF 5.0

Thanks in advance

two options:
a) DX Favorites->Recreate by Plug-in Name will auto-populate the menu
b) View->Plug-in Manager will bring up the plug-in explorer where you can organize the DX Favorites menu manually or just drag/drop plug-ins to the file or chainer window.

Tried all but still no Direct X plugs in the SF 6.0, but they show up in all the other programs in the direct x folder....Is there a way to copy and paste my waves plug ins to a folder in SF 6.0..... All my waves plugs are in a folder...

What files will i have to copy if I can copy
...(waves direct X plugs to SF 6.0 direct X folder)!

Please reply soon!!!!!!

Do *NOT* copy DirectX plug-in .dlls around after they are installed. They are enumerated in the registry from their install location.

Are you using the full version of Sound Forge 6.0? Sound Forge 6.0 *Studio* does not support third party plug-ins.

You'll probably want to contact tech support.
