Hello...

I'm using Sound Forge in conjunction with Macromedia Director and I need to add many, many markers to my .wav file.

Is there some sort of cut/paste or faster way to lay down markers than having to find every exact location and press 'm'? The tempo is very consistent and if there is a way to group markers, then past them, that would be great!

How would the software know where to put markers ?

It is like, every 10 seconds, or every 2 bars, or whatever ?

actually...I've already figured it out and the software does automatically place regions.

Auto-Region allows you to adjust region selection based on attack, levels, region minimum length, and a few other things. Try it out.
