Subject:changing mixing 'preview' time

I just purchased Sound Forge 6.0d. I would like to increase the preview time when I mix songs. The help files say to go to 'options', 'preferences', and then 'previews'. I do not have a tap called 'previews'. I have seen this on other versions.

1 - What do you mean by 'preview time' ? If you mean the preset amount of time Effects will "Preview" for, that is explained how to set in Help.

2 - How and what are you *mixing* in SoundForge ? Mixing is something you do to get a whole bunch of tracks down to one stereo track, as is the sort of thing you do in vegas and Acid, not SF which is a stereo editor....

Sounds like you have the cut-down "Studio" version of Sound Forge.

I think the "Preview" adjustment is only available in the full-price, full-featured version of Sound Forge.
