Subject:plug-in activation

I've just bought the mainconcept plug-in but cant seem to activate. I'm told to type in the activation number/plug-in serial number - WHERE! On opening an mpeg file I'm also told that I need to buy the plug-in, but I thought I have just done that. Please can anyone offer help.

Try to save in MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 format. I can't remember offhand, but I believe you should use the "telephone" option to buy and register (believe the other one is buying online), which will then give you a field to enter the key into.
