Markers still move in Batch Converter after SF6.0e -Sound Forge - PC

What I didn't post about was this also happens in Batch converter. I hoped that fixing it in SF (appears fixed in 6.0e) would fix it in batch converter. Apparently not. Open the output file after runnning BC and the region markers move. My BC script normalizes peaks to 0.1 dB, resamples from 48 KHz to 44.1 KHz and finally converts from 24 bit to 16 bit and saves as *.wav with a new file name. Is anybody else seeing this?
