I don't ever use it and I called Sonicfoundry and they recomended that I can sell it if I don't want it. I just transfer the registration over to you and let them know.

I believe I paid about 300 bucks at the time I bought it, and would like to sell it for about 200 or you can make me an offer. You can email me at ed@wisdom33.com cause I don't know how often I will check this.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but SF5 used goes for $60-80 on ebay. It's a great upgrade path.
