Subject:How could I forget this ?

I've been using SF for nearly two years and am really embarassed to ask, but....

The other day I changed my default recording spec from 44/16 to 22/16. And now I can't figure out how to change it back !!

Options > Preferences isn't much help. I've tried File > Properties too.

The manual isn't much help.

Can someone please humour me ? The neuron responsible for holding this information has died.

File > New,
File > Properties > Format > set it, apply.

Also, when you click the Record button, then click New, you can set it there, I think it stays at the last setting you use here.

I now know why I never gamble: I would have bet the farm that I'd already tried that !
