Can indexs/regions be used to indicate "tracks" when you burn a CD. I don't seem to be able to find any documentation on the subject. |

Sorry, I did find a previous tread on the subject: http://www.sonicfoundry.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?ForumID=3&MessageID=137223 Thanks for the work around Mjhig But the "Soundforge Burn CD" function can't be used for the creation of multiple CD tracks straight from the one "SoundForge File". Background: I have about 2 weeks worth of compilation work ahead of cutting 150 Files (digitised 1/4inch masters) into CD tracks. The right function could save me a day’s work. I'll add it to the suggestion Box |

SoundForge only does Track-AT-Once (single, sequential tracks, one at a time). With that much CD assembly to be done, you could really benefit from CD Architect. Pity the introductory offer is long past .... geoff |

If you are a student, educator or administrator type, you might qualify for a discount, like at academicsuperstore.com. And yeah, getting CDA5.0 will make your life somewhat "easier"...or Nero is also good...I have both and they're pretty fun...and not to poopoo SF6, but take a serious look at Acid 4...if you peruse the site and this newsgroup, folks are bound to pick a deal here and there, and some of it's bundled together, and Sofo throws some real nice "xtras" with all their stuff, some of it's redundant if you have alot of their prods... |
