Subject:Forge 6.0e roaches out all my SOFO apps,

Have V-4.0b, batch conv 4.0b, dvd-a 1.0b, acid pro 4.0b, and a bunch of others
and when I install forge 6.0e nothing opens up. Get win2k pro message that
it is ending program making errors. Saw older forum threads and reloaded everything
after purging all sofo programs out of computer and everything works ok
except did not load forge 6.0e. Tried forge 6.0e by itself and it did not work
after purging all sofo programs. Forge 6.0d works fine so "D" it is. Anybody
have any clues?

Sounds like a corrupted SF6e install file . Those versions should all coexist fine.

i just had a similar thing with a dodgy high-speed written CD-ROM of V4b. Fortunately it was too corrupt to try and actually install anything....
