Subject:Saving 6 HR. 52 min mono file.

I Have a question.
Does anyone know how to save a 6 Hr. 52 Min Mono WAV File?
File size is 1,211.72mb 1,240,791,868 bytes.

I receive this error message.
The file being rendered has exceeded the maximun size allowed for the selected format.

I'm using Sonic Foundry 6.0 Verrison 6.0d (build 219)
Any help will be appricated,

David, you could at least for now try saving as either .w64 (WAV64) or .pca. The .w64 format allows you to save enormous files. The PCA format offers lossless compression. Either of these will at least let you save the file now before the computer crashes or lightning strikes ;) The problem is that both of these formats are proprietary to SonicFoundry and won't open in any other software. However, at least you'll be safe until a better solution comes along.
