HI... I HAVE A MIC AND I CREATE RAP INSTRUMENTALS... BUT I DONT KNOW ALL THE TECHNIQUES NECESSARIES TO RECORD AS A PROFESSIONAL... I WOULD LIKE TO LIKE IF ANYWONE KNOWS A SITE THAT EXP´LAIN HOW TO MIX VOICES WITH INSTRUMENTALS.. EDITING VOICES... AND ALSO HOW TO CREATE BEATS IN INSTRUMENTALS...

You might want to check out artistPRO.com and see their recording courses. (You have to register, but it's free.)

Remember that Sound Forge is considered part of a larger whole, which is completed by ACID Pro (for its looping capability) and Vegas (for its multitracking). You especially might want to check out ACID Pro, as it will allow you to create a music bed for your vocals, especially in your genre. Consider Sound Forge for its mastering and digital audio editing capabilities.
