I am currently looking for a SW package that I can master my recordings, as well as, render them in various formats (MP3, Wav, etc...). I want to be able to burn CDs also. I was thinking about Sound Forge 6.0 -but- is that overkill and should I go with CD Architect. Any suggestions and/or recommendations?

Thanks!!

Mark

CDA5 is perfect for mastering. SForge isn't ideal for mastering anything other than single tracks. However with CDA5 you may still need SF or another editor to do any actual heavy waveform editing and chopping around.

See "Eternal Bass", Chienworks 5/7...
