I have a P4 256RAM 30 GIG HD. I use WIN XP Professional. I am using Sound Forge to record sounds on 24 bit. I have two main problems: 1) I can’t play any sound on Windows Media Player [24 bit;] but I can play it on 16 bit. 2) I can’t burn any sound on 24 bit, but I can do it on 16 bit. I would need help to fix this problem. Thanks. |

That's because WMP does not support 24 bit and CD audio is also 16 bit. You will have to find a player for PC that supports 24 bit to fix that problem, for the CD burn there is no fix. MJ |

1 - Maybe the version of WMP you have does not support 24 bits 2 - CD is 16 bits. You need to convert to 16 bits first. Or if you want it to happen automatically, get CD Architect. geoff |
