1) Can someone steer me towards the instructions for making your own AM Impulses?

2) Does anyone have any Forest-Woods-Field Impulses? I know there are a couple on the Prog, but not many.....some of the coolest Reverbs i've ever heard were Verb & Slap at big outdoor performances (ampitheaters like the Woodstock 1969 bowl or Wolftrap PAC, etc...) coming off the rear woods.
