When I click on the link for the tutorial for SF 5.0, it opens up immediately and I can run it without problems. However, when I click on any of the tutorials for SF 6.0, my screen just flahes, and I am not able to see the tutorial. I have tried this in both the latest version of Netscape and the latest version of Microsoft Explorer and on three different computers. Are the tutorials for SF6 no longer available? If they are still available, how do I view them? I have a broad band cable modem connection so speed is not the issue. Thanks in advance for your help. Tom |

I just tried it on my PC and it worked fine. So, they're still viewable. Not sure what is going on at your end. M |

Hello Tom for me it doesn't work either! It's just a guess, but could it be, that the Tutorials don't work with the new MS mediaplayer 9.x? I think they are looking for a version up to 8.1 HTH Artur |

Arturo, Thank you for responding. I believe that you are correct and that these tutorials will not open on a computer which has Windows Media Player 9 installed. I do wish that Sonic Foundry would correct this problem. Thanks to all who responded. Tom |
