Subject:robotic voice in SoundForge 6?

hi! i have male and female voice samples and need to transform them into a robotic one. anyone can help recommend some steps how to do this in SoundForge (which filters to use, their settings etc.)? thanks.

Hmm... I'm not sure about robotic vocals but I did write an article that shows how to vary vocals in a number of ways using Sound Forge. The article is called 'Vary Your Vocals with Sound Forge' and it can be found in issue 12 of DigiFreq. You can download the issue for free at:

Steep shelving high pass at around 200Hz, steep shelving lowpass at around 4KHz. Heavily applied Chorus.

That's just one idea - you'll learn more by trying anything that comes into your head.
