Subject:Saving MP3 without any Silences?!?

I am trying to save a 4 bar loop for a Flash web site - But Soundforge inserts a small silence at the start and end of MP3s - that means the the loop sounds f***ed in Flash,...

Anyone know how to save an MP3 without the small Silence at the start and end?

You can't. Save it as a .wav file. When you create the final .swf output file the audio will be converted to MP3 then anyway, so there's no need to do it before then.
