i have this mp3 that i want to keep playing over and over without the delays at the end and at the begining of the mp3 when its plays on my "MediaPlayer" "RealPlayer" "WMP"

It can't work because the MP3 format adds silence at the head and tail of the file. You can I believe save as *.wma and avoid this but you will loose quality resaving to a compressed format just as you would by editing MP3 and saving to MP3 again.

Ideally you should record/rip to *.wav > edit > save as *.wav/pca for archive then make a *.wma copy for best quality.
