Subject:Soundforge and Cubase...

for some reason whenever I'm using cubase then open up soundforge to edit the audio files from cubase - the file doesn't play in soundforge.
I've experimented a lot and believe the problem has to do with the correct driver being chosen and sample rate.
How do you folks have it setup?
shoud cubase and soundforge be in "Microsoft Mapper" mode? but then I lose the asio advantage.
Please help.

I assume you *do* have a Classic Windows driver installed, as well as ASIO ? SForge doesn't know about ASIO.

What soundcard, what drivers, multi-client, able to use ASIO and Wave concurrently ?
