Subject:anyway to change default marker name for v4.5

Can you change the default marker name in version 4.5. I read in earlier posts that there is an option called 'Automatic Labeling', but I do not see it in my version.

Could anyone please help.

I have one large wav file with many sections in it. So I am trying to mark the sections - so I know what is what. Unfortunately the default label is not descriptive to what I want to accomplish.

Any help is appreciated.
