Subject:Extracting Vocals from Musik

Hi there! Does anyone know how can I extract the Vocals from a music? I know that Sound Forge do the reverse, cutting the vocals and leaving the others materials, know I wanna know if it do the "instruments cut", leaving the vocals and cutting the others materials. If someone can help, thanks by now!
