when i rcord to the suond foreg evriting coms with a very strong distorsions dos any body know wat to do so i want have thet distorsion?

Usually distortion is caused by having the recording level set to high. Turn the volume control down in the sound card's control panel or on your MD player. The record meters in Sound Forge should rarely go up in the red zone. Try to keep the level in the green and yellow.
