I am editing a DV Movie using Adobe Premiere and have a high end hiss in the actors audio track. I haven't using Sound Forfe before but have access to it. Can Sound Forge remove that hiss and if so....how do I do it? |

Sound Forge with the Noise Reduction Plug-in is the best solution. Other wise you can try EQing some "high-end' (upper frequencies) out using one of the equlalizers available in SF. Process/EQ. Or use one of the plug in EQs: DX Favorites Or DX Favorites/Organize .... If they're listed and you have the SF-6 (Pro version) available. Also to keep the time code, repalace any drop-outs w/ room tone or S/FX( ( ie: the exact number of frames) |
