Subject:.ac3 format

I was just wondering if there is any plug-in for Sound Forge so I can make my AVIs audio into .ac3. I can now save it to .wav of course, but I would love to take that step of transcoding the audio from wav to ac3 by doing it with Sound Forge. Any help??
