The full version of SoundForge has a function to do this quite automatically. The Studio version does not.

Probably the easiest thing for you to do is to double-click between each pair of region markers one at a time, click Ctrl-C to copy that region, Ctrl-E to paste to a new file, then save that new file. Repeat for each region.
