Subject:ACC compression format

Does anyone know how I can open an ACC mpeg4 compression formated song in Sound Forge. I would like to test the differences between MP3 and ACC but at the moment I don't know how I can open the file into Sound Forge.

Is there any kind of file plug in that I can buy or .... suggestions?
