Subject:Flaky behavior, try full re-install

I'd been experiencing occasional exceptions, especially using tools/statistics, with SF6.0e, which I'd upgraded with the incremental updates, c>d, d>e, etc. I decided to D/L the full prog, un-install, and install fresh copy. Problem solved. (W2KPro/SP4; problem was occuring with SP3 as well)
