I don´t know if Adobe Premiere 6 is capable to work with Sound Forge in the same audio file. But, if you try VEGAS 4, you will be able to open any file (s) from the VEGAS 4 timeline into Sound Forge 6, edit this (these) file (s) and save it (them). The file (s) will be immediately updated in the VEGAS ne. It´s really great because you can save a lot of time. Besides that, VEGAS offers very powerfull features for audio mixing such as plug-ins automation, sorround panning and many busses for different purposes. If you are a video maker, VEGAS is also a good choice.
