Hi Minstrel... I don´t know if Adobe Premiere 6 is capable to work with Sound Forge in the same audio file. But, if you try VEGAS 4, you will be able to open any file (s) from the VEGAS 4 timeline into Sound Forge 6, edit this (these) file (s) and save it (them). The file (s) will be immediately updated in the VEGAS ne. It´s really great because you can save a lot of time. Besides that, VEGAS offers very powerfull features for audio mixing such as plug-ins automation, sorround panning and many busses for different purposes. If you are a video maker, VEGAS is also a good choice. Try following the links bellow: http://www.creativecow.net/articles/harvey_jim/vegas4_rev/index.html http://www.creativecow.net/articles/harvey_jim/dvda_rev/index.html ;-) Lawrence |

Does the cheaper limited edition of Sound Forge work the same way? Or do you have to have the full Sound Forge application to be able to edit the sound track from the Vegas timeline? |

You can define the editing application of your choice to work from Vegas, so I guess yes .... geoff |
