Pasting an audio sement every x seconds -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:Pasting an audio sement every x seconds Posted by: mynci Date:8/24/2003 12:42:32 PM hi, im new to sound forge and dont really have time to learn it properly (unfortunately) but i have a quick and specific project that i could do with some help on. i need to take a wave file, and past into it a short segment of speech every 15 seconds, the fastes way i have found so far is to create region markers every 15 seconds and then ctl-arrow key to the next one then ctrl v to paste. the part that takes the time is the creating the markers to begin with. am i missing a really obvios feature/method? any help greatly apreciated.

This might work better.

1. Copy>Paste
2. Process>Insert Silence>15 seconds "at cursor"
3. Move cursor to end
4. Go back to step1
