Subject:File Import problem

Hey all! I finally got something better to record my beastie guitar songs than sound recorder. PHEW!

ARGH -When I try to import sound files they sound good in the preview but when i actually insert the file no graphic stuff shows of it and when I play it I hear silence. It shows a track as if something has been inserted but it sounds like nothing -theres no peaks or anything =HELP!!!

Are you importing/opening a file from another device or application? If so, what is it and what is the file format? (Ex: .wav, .aif, .mp3)
Or, are you recording from your soundcard input?.. If that's the case, open SF and check input/output parameters: Options/Preferences/Wave.
