I have 270 regions/markers, inserted manually on each beat of the song, I don't know if this can be done automatically by Sound Forge, I want to time stretch it all (regions) with the same length (preserving pitch), how can I do it automatically?

Not sure I understand.

You can't time stretch a file (or a portion of it) without changing the length. (Natch.) You'll preserve pitch regardless.
