Subject:SFS 6.0 crashing when recording

I have been experiencing repeated computer crashing when attempting to record music from vinyl through SFS 6.0. I upgraded to 6.0e and still have the problem. I record using an amplified signal through a mixer into the computers line input. I had recorded successfully using older versions of SFS in the past.

I would go investigate to see if there is a video card driver update for your PC. As funny as it may sound, I've found whenever I have had audio problems and crashing, they've always been related to the video card driver. The next thing to try is an updated driver for your sound card.
