Subject:LOST DC in SF 6e

Sound Forge 6e does not find either of my CD or CD burner I am running WIN98 SE I have a Plextor PX-W4012A and a Mitsumi CD-ROM FX54++W installed on my system but Sound Forges does not see either.

Does any one have any idea as to what I could try to fix this problem?
