Subject:Registered user not received upgrade invitation

I'm a registered user of SF6 (and Acid 4 and Vegas 4 too for that matter) but I haven't yet received an email offering me the upgrade to SF7 for $99. Is anyone else in a similar position or am I the only one?

(I have just received an offer to purchase SF7 plus Screenblast Acid or Screenblast Movie Studio for $399 but this seems to be an offer intended for potential new customers who have expressed an interest in SF7, rather than one for existing registered owners of SF6.)

Does this mean I've somehow got dropped off the list of SF6 registered users? If so, how do I get back on so that I can get the $99 upgrade offer?

Contact Sony. They most likely will make things right. This happened to me in the past and it was quickly rectified.
